Dr. Mullen is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in co-occurring conditions, addiction, family services, and emerging adulthood (18-30 years old).
He holds a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and a doctorate degree (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
